Surrounded by a wide private garden, the Hotel Manzoni Wellness & Spa in Montecatini Terme was built in 1913 in Via Manzoni near the thermal springs and the shopping center. It has been completely renovated and offers an equipped thermal center with steam bath, swedish sauna, jacuzzi, relax area, kneipp paths and multi-sensory showers. It is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday in one of the most picturesque landscapes of Tuscany. The hotel consists of 95 exquisitely-furnished rooms equipped with satellite color TV, telephone, minibar, air conditioning, security box, bathroom with hair dryer. It also has a restaurant with two dining rooms near the garden, american bar, congress room with 120 seats and projector, TV room with fireplace, games room, two heated pools (one with a telescopic cover system for winter, the other one at ambient temperature for summer): a freshwater pool with hydromassage and a saltwater pool for water aerobics.
Restaurant
The restaurant of the Hotel Manzoni offers a buffet service at breakfast with sweet and savoury foods, a waiter service at lunch and dinner with an "à la carte" menu consisting of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Menu for children and guests with food intolerances available. Water and homemade wine are included during the meals. Romantic dinners and typical tuscan menu. New Year's Eve dinner with excellent wines and sparkling wines included.
Montecatini Terme is a prestigious thermal locality that owes its fame to the thermal waters that come from the subsoil, passing through calcareous sediments, jaspers and clay and finally flow in thermal centers surrounded by enchanting parks like Regina, Tettuccio, Excelsior and Redi. This uncontaminated water with an abundant amount of minerals can also be drank and is used in different therapies and treatments that aim to restore body and mind: massages, muds, aerosols, ozone bath therapy and beauty treatments.
