The Serena Majestic Residence is located in Montesilvano, 7 km from Pescara, in the middle of a rich shopping area and directly on its private sandy beach perfect for bathing children up to 20 meters from the shore. The residence has no architectural barriers and is equipped with a J.O.B. chair to facilitate mobility of people with disabilities on the beach and at sea and, on request, you can rent wheelchairs. The animation, always present and never intrusive, daily offers evenings with musicals, cabaret and variety, fitness, sports courses and tournaments, parties, games, dances and excursions. For those who love fitness the Serena Majestic Residence offers the fitness area with isotonic machines and the opportunity to participate in group gymnastics and many other activities: stretch and tone, Nordic walking, yoga, pilates and zumba. Among the main services of the Serena Majestic we also find a swimming pool with water slides, swimming pool with trampolines, swimming pool (70 cm deep) in the Mini Club, boutique, emporium with newspapers and typical products, minimarket, tobacco, ATM, conference rooms, sports fields and children’s playground.
The Serena Majestic consists of studios for 2 to 5 beds and two-room apartments for 5 to 7 beds, all equipped with living room with kitchenette with electric hobs, pottery, pots and cutlery necessary, telephone, TV, sleeping corner and balcony. All residences have a double bed, the extra beds are in sofa bed (bunk, pull-out or retractable). The apartments of the Serena Majestic Residence are divided into two types: comfort and standard. The Residence Comfort are renovated in 2011 and equipped with air conditioning, available on request (supplement) with terrace (except Mono B Comfort) or with sea view (except Mono D Comfort); equipped with furniture for disabled people. The Residence Standard are not renovated, with basic furniture and bathroom with shower without cabin, on request you can book (extra charge) residence with air conditioning or terrace (terrace not available in Two-room apartment B).
At the Serena Majestic Residence you can enjoy (for a surcharge) half board or full board service. The breakfast is with an express coffee dispenser, lunch and dinner with buffet service, draft wine and microfiltered water included with meals and table reserved for families. For customers who choose the Residence del Serena Majestic is available, for a fee, the Pizzeria Gulliver, open for lunch and dinner, with the possibility of takeaway service. Baby Kitchen/ Baby Bottle equipped and with basic products for customers who buy the formula Pension in Residence.
The Serena Majestic Residence is located right on its private sandy beach in the municipality of Montesilvano, on the mouth of the river Saline, north of the province of Pescara. It is divided into two areas: Montesilvano Colli, a charming village with panoramic views of the sea and Montesilvano Marina, with a strong tourist vocation linked mainly to summer bathing and whose coastline, combined with that of Pescara, is dotted with hotels and accommodation facilities.
