The Villaggio Club Cugnana Verde is located in Cugnana. It overlooks Porto Rotondo, a few steps away from many other sardinian tourist localities such as Porto Cervo and the beaches of Rena Bianca, Portisco and Capriccioli. This village offers its guests a great variety of services: two pools (one entirely dedicated to children), a restaurant, a pizzeria, two bars, a shopping center, a small square where the entertainment takes place, sports facilities (tennis and five-a-side football), workshops and shuttle service from/to the beach (950 meters far from the village). The Villaggio Club Cugnana Verde consists of a central unit with the reception and an area with flourishing gardens and flowerbeds where the apartments are located. These apartments are simply furnished and equipped with stairs and walkways, kitchen area with electric plates, bathroom with shower and some of them have a balcony or a terrace. There are different typologies of apartments: Bilocale 2/3 (two-room apartment for 2/3 people) with living room and a sofabed or a stonework bed and a double room; Bilocale 4 (two-room apartment for 4 people) with living room and two sofa beds or stonework beds and double room; Bilocale 5/6 (two-room apartment for 5/6 people) with living room and two sofabeds or stonework beds and double room, the fifth and sixth bed can be a trundle bed or a bunk bed.
Restaurant
Every apartment has a kitchen area. Furthermore, the village also has a restaurant, a pizzeria and two bars.

Porto Rotondo is a wonderful tourist locality in Sardinia and is considered one of the most glamorous destination of Cosa Smeralda. Crystal-clear waters, beaches and breathtaking landscapes together with culture and traditions make Porto Rotondo extremely appreciated by tourists that choose it as their summer destination every year. It is the ideal place for families with children, young couples, singles and groups of friends.
Places to know and visit
Among the most beautiful beaches of this locality there are the caribbean-like beaches of "Sa Rena Manna", the Sassi beach and the beach of Punta Volpe.
Mount Cugnana, a granite massif 650 meters high that overlooks the namesake gulf. Its flora is characterized by cistus and broom on the eastern areas, olive trees and oaks on the western areas. From the mountaintop it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view on Gallura, La Maddalena archipelago and Corsica's coast.

Mandatory weekly lump sum € 35,00 per person (€ 15,00 for babies 0-3 years) that includes water, lighting, bed sheets (weekly change), courtesy set (soap + toilet paper), delivery service.
Small-sized pets are allowed (must be requested during the booking) except in the common areas and with the vaccination certificate € 30,00.
Final cleaning € 50,00 for two-room apartments (the kitchen area must be cleaned by the client to avoid a further charge of € 26,00).
Mandatory Club Card for guests older than 4 years € 30,00 per person per week until 02/06 and from 08/09, € 40,00 during the other periods.
