Thermal baths, an emerald-green sea and fine white sand in proximity of important historical centres in Puglia
Torre Canne is a fraction of the municipality of Fasano, a beach locality with golden beaches that are included in the "Regional Natural Park of the coastal dunes from Torre Canne to Torre San Leonardo". Its symbol is the lighthouse that illuminates the coast, the cliffs and the sea. Torre Canne is known for its long fine-sand shores and crystal-clear sea (four-time winner of the "bandiera blu") but also for its thermal baths that have healing properties.
In the nearby countrysides there are the oldest and biggest masserie of Puglia, fortified and surrounded by olive groves. In Fasano, 8 km far from Torre Canne, it is possible to visit many historical and natural monuments: the archeological museum of Egnazia, the church of Sant'Antonio Abate, the Masseria Sant'Angelo de' Grecis, the Minareto, the safari park. Torre Canne's gastronomic tradition is characterized by genuine ingredents coming from local sources. The "pomodoro regina", a special type of tomato, is one of the best local products and is grown in Fasano.
Entertainment, parties on the beach, emerald-green sea, markets, discotheques and excellent gastronomy are the main ingredients for a perfect holiday in proximity of the best historical and natural sceneries of Puglia.
