Children and extra bed information

Extra bed rate: 650.00 AED per night. The number of extra beds that can be added depends on the room category. Check the size of the room you selected. Provided the booked room size allows it, children under 13 stay free when using available extra beds (cots or rollaway beds) upon request.

Special stay conditions

A security deposit of 1,000.00 AED per day will be required at check-in to cover any damages.

Transfer

Airport transfer to/from is available. Cost: 800.00 AED for one way and for return.

Additional information

An extra charge may be applied to UAE residents upon arrival. UAE hotels may apply mandatory gala dinner fees. Guests can contact the hotel directly for further information. A physical identification document (passport or Emirates ID) is required at check-in. Please note that digital copies will not be accepted. As of 1 February 2025 the EP Club will operate from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Regular meal period timing will remain as follows: Champagne breakfast from 07:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Delectable afternoon tea from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM. Spread of hors d'oeuvres and cocktails from 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at UAE hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. New Year's Eve Gala Dinner per adult: AED 5000.00. New Year's Eve Gala Dinner per child from 4 to 11 years old: AED 2500.00. Concert for New Year is mandatory and the price is AED 6000.00 per person. Meals may be limited during Ramadan. The number of extra beds depends on the room category. Depending on the capacity of the room booked, children up to the age of 13 can stay free of charge in additional beds. There will be no restrictions during the Holy Month of Ramadan, and all Restaurants and Bars will operate as usual, with the following exceptions: Lebanese Terrace and Café Fountain will be temporarily closed. Vendôme will remain open but will close for dinner service only. Apart from these outlets, all other 10 Restaurants and Bars will continue to operate as usual. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed. This property accepts credit cards, debit cards and cash. This property reserves the right to pre-authorise the guest's credit card prior to arrival. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Vendome Restaurant will be closed for dinner on weekdays (Monday to Friday) until 14 September 2025. Operations will continue as usual on Saturday and Sunday, with the restaurant open for both lunch and dinner. During this period, Half Board will be extended to the following restaurants (Monday to Sunday) without any supplementary charges (beverages excluded): Broadway — Special Half Board menu | BeWtr included Lebanese Terrace — Special Half Board menu | BeWtr included Martabaan — Special Half Board menu | BeWtr included Episodes — Special Half Board menu | BeWtr included The Half Board menu at Talea and Hakkasan will still be available for an additional amount per person. The lazy river and slides in the Mandarin pool operate according to a set schedule every day, including holidays: Open: 09:00 AM – 11:30 AM; Closed: 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM; Open: 12:45 PM – sunset. Café Fountain will be temporarily closed to facilitate the launch of the new fountain project.
