The Residence Pineta Uno is located in the middle of a pine forest at the doors of Baia Sardinia, a few meters from the main beach. Its strategic position allows guests to quickly reach all the attractions offered by the city center that is just a few steps away. It is possible to practice sports, including golf and windsurf, in the dedicated facilities. The residence offers large and bright well-furnished apartments, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine (in some accommodations only), TV, an unattended car park and wifi.

Residence Pineta Uno is located in the middle of a pine forest, 300 meters from the center of Baia Sardinia and 250 m from the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and clubs are just a few steps away. All the guests at Residence Pineta Uno will have access to private unattended parking and WiFi.

Residence Pineta Uno: apartments

The Residence Pineta Uno offers apartments of various structures and sizes which can be located on the ground floor or first floor, with a furnished patio or balcony. The accommodations have restrooms, TV, dishwasher and washing machine (not included in the Monos) and the types are as follows: Mono 2, attic apartments on the second floor with living room and kitchenette, double bed and terrace; Trilo 4, made up of a large living room, separate kitchen, double bedroom and twin bedroom, They are located on the ground floor (on two levels with a comfortable staircase) with an equipped patio, or on the first floor with an equipped balcony; Quadri 5 DS which is just like Trilo 4 with an additional single bedroom and two restrooms; Quadri 6 DS that is similar to Trilo 4 with an additional double bedroom and two restrooms.

Baja Sardinia is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Sardinia. The small tourist village, in the Arzachena area, just four kilometres from the well-known Porto Cervo, gives its name to the entire resort, which has become a reference point for hikers and for diving, windsurfing and canoeing enthusiasts. There is no shortage of services and sports fields for sports enthusiasts, while youngsters can spend hours of fun in the water parks. When the sun goes down, if you want to try some typical seafood dishes, you’ll be spoiled for choice thanks to the numerous restaurants in the area, and you can finish off your evenings enjoying the Costa Smeralda nightlife, in the renowned clubs, bars and discopubs.

If you want to enjoy the natural beauty in complete tranquillity and enjoy a dip in the blue sea, you will find what you are looking for here, on a visit to Cala Battistoni, a beach of fine sand, surrounded by a crystal-clear sea. From the tourist village, you can get to other attractions that the bay has to offer, starting from Cala Granu, until you reach Cannigione or Poltu Quatu. However, if you prefer wilder nature, a trip to the islands of Caprera and La Maddalena is a must, as well as the other smaller islands in the Archipelago National Park.
