Cave Restaurant: authentic Cappadocian dining with modern Turkish dishes, local ingredients and evening tasting menus. Intimate stone-arched setting perfect for romantic dinners. Hours: breakfast 07:00–10:30, dinner 19:00–22:30.
Panoramic Terrace: à la carte lunch and sunset aperitifs overlooking fairy chimneys and Göreme valleys. Ideal for photos, cocktails and Mediterranean light plates. Hours: lunch 12:00–15:30, aperitifs 17:30–20:30.
Buffet Breakfast: generous breakfast with regional products, homemade bread, cheeses, honey and Turkish specialties, served daily with panoramic views of Cappadocia. Hours: 07:00–10:30.
