The Limone Beach Resort is located in the stunning bay of Cala Sinzias, in the municipality of Castiadas, in the heart of the southeastern coast of Sardinia, a short distance from Villasimius and Costa Rei, in one of the most beautiful and unspoiled areas of the island. The property is just a few steps from the famous Cala Sinzias beach, characterized by fine white sand and crystal-clear sea, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds available for guests, only 400 meters from the resort.
Among the main services offered by Limone Beach Resort are swimming pools with hydromassage areas, bar, restaurant, common areas for relaxation and entertainment, an amphitheater for evening shows, a children’s playground, and facilities dedicated to sports and recreational activities.

The Limone Beach Resort is set in a typical Mediterranean natural environment, surrounded by vegetation and green spaces, and is composed of residential units harmoniously distributed throughout the village. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, telephone, hairdryer, safe, and private bathroom with shower. Rooms are divided into Comfort double and triple rooms, Family Villino, and Family Superior Villino.

The entertainment staff accompanies guests throughout the day with a rich program of sports activities, games, evening shows, and entertainment for all ages. Activities are organized by age groups: the mini club is dedicated to children with games, creative workshops, and supervised recreational activities, while the junior club and teen activities offer sports, tournaments, team games, and social moments. For adults, there are sports activities, fitness, tournaments, and evening entertainment with shows and music, ensuring a complete holiday focused on fun and relaxation.

The restaurant at Limone Beach Resort is a welcoming and family-friendly environment, where guests can enjoy relaxing moments while tasting fresh, high-quality dishes. Located in the central part of the resort and featuring a bright terrace, the restaurant enjoys an enviable position facing the swimming pool and the main square. The board basis is Full Board, with buffet-style lunch and dinner service (water included with meals), offering a wide variety of carefully selected dishes expertly prepared by the chef.
For guests with celiac disease, the property provides basic food items (pasta, bread, biscuits), however, as there are no separate kitchens, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. The resort also offers a baby feeding area (biberoneria): a fully equipped space where meals for children up to 3 years old can be prepared (with assistance available during main meal times), and where specific foods can be found such as broths, vegetable purées, cheeses, whole and semi-skimmed milk, yogurt, small pasta, meat/fish, and fresh fruit. Jarred baby food and powdered/fresh milk are not included.
