Children and extra bed information

Extra bed rate: 600.00 AED per night. The number of extra beds that can be added depends on the room category. Check the size of the room you selected.

Special stay conditions

At check-in a mandatory deposit of AED 2,000.00 per night is required for all room types, and an additional AED 1,000.00 per night for the Half Board package if added to any booking, for guests who wish to charge purchases and incidentals to their room. The hotel will temporarily close for renovation starting July 1, 2025, and is expected to reopen in October 2025. If one room consists of two or more separate bedrooms, the city tax of AED 20.00 applies to each bedroom. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply; guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

Transfer

Airport transfer to/from is available for an extra charge. The hotel provides airport shuttle services; the cost must be specified.

Additional information

An extra charge may apply to UAE residents on arrival. When staying at the hotel a local sightseeing fee is charged per room per night; the amount may vary depending on different situations (stay period and room type, etc.). The buffet restaurant Gastronomy serves breakfast only. For dinner, guests may go to any other on-site restaurant (except Gastronomy). During their summer stay, guests can choose between a Taste of the World dining credit or a specially curated set menu at select resort restaurants; the set menu option is valid for stays through September 30, 2025. Guests will be notified promptly of any confirmed extensions. Gala Dinner prices are as follows: Golden Circle: premium access directly in front of the stage, table service, and a dedicated menu. Includes full access to the Gala Dinner buffet. 14 years and above: AED 13,500.00 per person; 0–13 years: AED 8,500.00 per person. Rouge Circle: exclusive seating near the stage with Champagne and canapés on arrival, plus live music, entertainment, and access to the Gala Dinner buffet. 14 years and above: AED 9,500.00 per person; 4–13 years: AED 6,500.00 per person. Complimentary for ages 0–3. Premium seating: a start with Champagne and canapés, followed by entertainment and access to the Gala Dinner buffet. 14 years and above: AED 7,500.00 per person; 4–13 years: AED 5,500.00 per person. Complimentary for ages 0–3. The Atlantis The Royal Explorers Kids Club remains closed for renovation, with reopening tentatively scheduled for December 15, 2025. Alternative facilities have been arranged for young guests during this period. Please note that from 10/20/2025 the family area located in the air-conditioned gazebos by the royal pool will also be closed. Alternative facilities for younger guests: Temporary Club of Atlantean Explorers – Sunlight Tower; playground for children aged 4 to 12 years. The reception is located at the embankment level, opposite the Sunlight Tower lifts. It is open from 10/20/2025. Opening hours correspond to the main kids club schedule, which offers three daily sessions: 10:00 AM–01:00 PM; 02:00 PM–06:00 PM; 07:00 PM–11:00 PM. Family area – restaurant with sea view. A playground for children aged 0–4 under parental supervision. An outdoor playground with shaded areas, ceiling fans and water attractions. Opening hours: 10:00 AM–07:00 PM.
