Appena arrivati ci hanno accolto con una gentilezza e una professionalità unica, la stanza che ci hanno assegnato era bella pulita e profumata, con una vista mare favolosa. Ristorante ottimo, personale gentile e sempre pronto a ogni richiesta. Il cento benessere era nuovo e molto bello in più i trattamenti perfetti..
Di sera abbiamo goduto di tramonti magici con colori unici mai visti prima. Che dire Ischia è stupenda e noi non vediamo l'ora di tornare e soggiornare nell'hotel terme Sorriso
Hotel molto elegante e pulito, in più gode di una posizione incantevole sulla baia di citara. Ottimo il centro benessere dotato di attrezzature all'avanguardia con personale preparatissimo. Bellissime e pulite le 5 piscine che offre questa struttura, altrettanto belle anche le camere (la nostra era con vista mare superior), dotate di tutti i comfort possibili. Anche il ristorante non ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Lo consiglio a tutti, noi sicuramente ci torneremo...
Struttura molto bella con un panorama invidiabile sulla bellissima baia di citara. Tutto lo staff molto attento e professionale, pulizia impeccabile, cucina ottima, piscine fantastiche, tutto ciò ha fatto si che la nostra vacanza fosse perfetta. Ci torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno...

The Sorriso Resort is surrounded by lush gardens where there are 5 24 hour open pools, some of which are thermal with hydromassage and some with mineral water, one dedicated to children. The Sorriso Thermae Resort & Spa consists of a main building and 3 dependence, has 3 restaurants, including the famous Oasis with panoramic views of the coast of Ischia and a spa. The Sorriso Thermae Resort & Spa has different types of rooms: Classic, located in different residential units of the hotel overlooking the interior; Comfort sea view, located in different residential units, immersed in the park of the Resort and have a panoramic view of the Bay of Citara; Grusoni, recently opened, embellished with majolica and Mediterranean details in a quiet and detached, about 250 meters from the main structure of the Resort, easily accessible via internal avenues or via an independent entrance from the main road.

The Sorriso Thermae Resort & Spa has three restaurants offering the best local and international gastronomic specialties, rich buffets, km0 vegetables produced in the family garden, fresh fish and real Neapolitan pizza. By choice and with a bonus offered by the Management, guests of the Sorriso Resort can dine until 24.00 at the restaurant "Oasis", on the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, enjoying refined island specialties and grand cuisine.
