Residence Marlusa
Residence Marlusa is located in the vast Sibari Plain, in the heart of Magna Graecia, in Cassano allo Ionio. It is part of a holiday complex consisting of three villages spread across 60 hectares and featuring 696 accommodation units. The property overlooks the sandy beach of the Ionian Sea. The residence features two lagoon-style swimming pools: the Rubino Pool, located near the reception area and covering over 1,000 sqm, and the Smeraldo Pool, approximately 1,500 sqm in size, located near the restaurant of the same name. Both pools include spacious sunbathing areas. Guests can also enjoy a multi-purpose synthetic grass sports field, two tennis courts, a basketball/volleyball court, a large amphitheatre with 1,200 seats, a conference hall with 500 seats and a smaller adjacent meeting room with 70 seats. Additional facilities include a daytime shuttle service connecting the three villages at scheduled times, large parking areas, handicraft shops, newsstands, a para-pharmacy and boutiques. The beach of Residence Marlusa, located approximately 800 metres away as the crow flies, can be reached via a free shuttle service operating at scheduled times through the pine forest. From there, guests can walk through the pine grove and along a short seaside promenade to reach the Sibarium Beach Club. Guests also have access to the modern Pietra di Luna Wellness Centre, featuring an indoor pool with counter-current swimming, a five-person whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, ice waterfall, Kneipp path, emotional showers and three massage rooms. The wellness centre offers slimming, toning and relaxing treatments by Baldan Group, as well as Messegué herbal infusions designed to promote physical and mental well-being. A complete range of modern beauty treatments is also available.

All apartments at Residence Marlusa are located on the ground floor and feature independent air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer and kitchenette. Guests can choose from:

Sibari lies in the heart of the Achaean Coast, a stretch of coastline known for its tourist resorts and beautiful beaches with fine sand mixed with pebbles and gravel. The area is also an important archaeological site where excavations carried out in the 1930s uncovered mosaic floors, paved roads and columns of clear Roman origin.
