Moena

Moena is an Italian town in the province of Trento located in Val di Fassa. It rises in a beautiful alluvial basin surrounded by some of the most evocative Dolomite groups such as the Latemar, Catinaccio, Marmolada and Cima Bocche groups. The peaks that surround it are tinged with pink at sunrise and sunset, making it a town of fairy tales and legends and that is why it is known as the Fairy of the Dolomites. In summer it is very popular for its comfortable walks and the numerous paths to be covered also by mountain bike. In winter, however, we find the slopes of the Alpe Lusia - San Pellegrino Ski Area, a ski area with a functional network of ski lifts and slopes with unique sceneries. The famous Marcialonga di Fiemme and Fassa also starts from Moena, the most important long-distance test in Italy, and one of the most popular in the world for cross-country skiing.
