The restaurant at Blu Salento Village offers half-board and full-board options, with generous buffet-style meals and drinks included during meals, such as water and house wine. Guests can enjoy a variety of dishes every day inspired by Mediterranean traditions and Italian cuisine, in a welcoming and informal atmosphere designed for the whole family. Special attention is given to younger guests thanks to a dedicated baby-feeding service.

The hotel is not specialized in preparing specific gluten-free meals. Furthermore, for food served at the table and/or buffet, the complete absence of cross-contamination during preparation and/or serving cannot be guaranteed. However, the restaurant offers a wide variety of foods, including dishes that are naturally gluten-free as well as some dedicated basic products. For this reason, and depending on the severity of the guest’s celiac condition, guests are encouraged to inform the hotel at the time of booking so that, upon arrival, the manager and chef can evaluate a personalized menu. As an additional precaution, should guests wish to bring specific food products to the hotel (together with their own containers and cutlery), the hotel staff will facilitate their use during meal preparation.
