The Residence La Pieve di Pomaia, overlooking the sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, is just a few kilometers from the center of Pomaia and Rosignano and offers its guests the possibility of taking a food and wine tour and try local oil and wine, together with typical Tuscan products. La Pieve di Pomaia is made up of a main building- the original manor - that has been renovated completely and now hosts the guest rooms, some apartments and a typical restaurant. A different area hosts new housing units, designed to recreate a small village. All the guests will have access to a pizzeria and a typical restaurant, private car parking, bar and cafeteria,a playground area, barbecue, laundry, and free WiFi.

La Pieve di Pomaia offers well-furnished apartments, located on the ground floor and first floor; some units develop on two levels. Some accommodations have a balcony or a patio or an outdoor space, and they are equipped with table and chairs. Extra fees
Services: Mandatory for children 3 years of age or older and due in full for a minimum of 7 days - €10 per person (to be paid on site) for on-site assistance and consumption, linen weekly exchange, TV, swimming pools and playground area access, barbecue, final cleaning. The cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen equipment, together with waste disposal, are guests' primary duties. Otherwise guests will be charged €50.
Cradle: €5 per day (to be notified and paid on site - no extra costs charged for cradles brought by guests)
Bed and bathroom linen: €15 per person for each additional change (to be paid on site)
Extra bed: Only in Bilo4, Bilo 4 DS - €8 per day (to be notified and paid on site)
Heating: €10 for Mono - €12 Bilo - €15 for Trilo (daily - to be paid on site)
Deposit: €100 per apartment (to be paid on site)
