Position

On the Belvedere di Silvi village the best of comfort between the green hills and the blue sea, in Italy in Abruzzo in the province of Teramo, in the center of the Adriatic Riviera, a region defined as the green heart of Europe. Easily accessible location and privileged starting point for many beautiful excursions. The picturesque Silvi village is perched on a hill facing the sea, which overlooks and crowns the Apulia Europe Granden Silvi Marina Residence.

From here along the walk on the belvedere it is possible to admire the vastness of the sea, the mountains and the village. About 2.5 km away is Silvi Marina, a recently built resort with a seaside tourist vocation where it is possible to satisfy all needs. The locality also has a shopping center not far from the village. The Beach of the Holiday Center is located within the Marine Park of the Cerrano lands, a few hundred meters from the Tower of the same name.

Residence formula restaurant

For guests who have chosen the Residence formula, the Apulia Hotel Garden Silvi Marina Residence offers the menu of the day at a cost of €18.00 per person. The Restaurant offers typical dishes of the Abruzzo tradition of both sea and mountain; there is also no shortage of themed events in which gastronomic influences from the rest of Italy and the world are experienced. Even the products used in the kitchen, bought daily, have a deep bond with the land of Abruzzo and are mostly zero kilometer and certified organic.

Offer

The available apartments and bungalows will be delivered clean and equipped with: first kit of bed linen and towels (face, guest, bathroom towels), crockery and pots and pans for cooking.

Solutions:

Depending on the solution chosen, the following mandatory supplements are applied to the stay:
Moblilhome and Family Two-room Apartment €70.00 - Family Three-room Apartment €100.00.
Cleaning of dishes and kitchenette by the customer (or charge of €30.00).
For the 5th, 6th and 7th bed 70.00 per bed, from 16/07 to 03/09 80.00 per bed.
Apartment deposit (mandatory) €100 to be paid in cash per apartment (requested at Check-in and refunded at Check-out)

Bed linen (optional) €15 per person (changed midweek);
Bath towels (optional) €15 per person (changed midweek);

Cot rental: € 105.00 per week;
Shuttle to the sea: weekly subscription € 21.00 per week per person at times set by the structure.
Pet Care supplement: € 150.00 per week or fraction of a week (to be indicated when booking) and includes the final sanitation service;
Beach Towel Rental: Possibility of renting beach towels (available subject to availability) at a cost of € 10.00 per beach towel.
"Relax Holiday" package: € 150.00 per week for your carefree holiday, includes:
Beach towel rental for the whole family on release of a deposit of €10.00 per towel which will be returned at the end of the stay; Umbrella in the second or third row (subject to availability)
