Restaurant
There is a buffet service at breakfast, lunch and dinner with water and homemade wine in carafes included during the meals. Weekly typical dinner and gala-themed dinner. Free kitchen area for the parents who want to cook for their babies. Wellness area for those who prefer a vegetarian or vegan cooking: there is a part of the buffet table full of specific products (biscuits, melba toasts, rice crackers, cakes, soy or rice milk, cereals, corn flakes, drinks). There are also specific products for the guests with food intolerances (gluten, lactose) such as bread, pasta, gluten/lactose-free biscuits, lactose-free ice cream; the guests can also bring their own products. For more specific food intolerances/allergies, the guests must ask if the restaurant can satisfy their requests during the booking. El Chiringuito: near the private beach, it offers a bar service (surcharge), a diner/take-away restaurant, pizzeria, braceria, restaurant, lounge bar and relax area. Cocktails and themed nights every day. Non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices in pitchers, granitas and iced tea are served in plastic cups at the Bar Piazzetta (from 10:00 to 22:00). Aperitif in the Bar Piazzetta from 12:00 to 12:30 from 19:00 to 19:30.  Nota bene: national/foreign alcoholic drinks and spirits, coffee bar, bottled beverages, ice creams, snacks and packaged products are not included in the Soft Inclusive formula.

Locality
Torre Dell'Orso is a bathing locality of Salento in the marine of Melendugno, in the province of Lecce. It is known for its wide beach with fine silver sand and crystal-clear water thanks to the currents of the Otranto canal. Beacuse of this, Torre dell'Orso is populated by many tourists during the summer and was awarded multiple times with a "Bandiera Blu" for its clean sea. The beach is a 800-meter inlet delimited by two high cliffs. Behind the beach there are low dunes with an "artificial" pinewood planted during the fascist regime. South of the inlet, there is the estuary of the Brunese stream.

Places to know and visit
In the southern part of the bay of Torre dell'Orso, at a short distance from the beach, there are the two sea stacks called "Le due sorelle", the two sisters. According to the legend, they owe their name to two sisters that skipped work and decided to go to the sea. When they reached Torre dell'Orso, they jumped from a cliff in a stormy sea and never returned to the shore. The Gods were moved by their story and decided to transform them into the two suggestive cliffs. 

"I Caraibi del Salento", a beach club in the wonderful bay of Torre dell'Orso. Salento's Caribbean are the ideal place to spend relaxing beach days thanks to the many services that the beach, located in front of the famous sea stacks "The Two Sisters", offers. Crystal-clear sea, fine white sand and a flourishing pinewood behind it. 

"El Chiringuito" Lounge Bar is a beach restaurant and lounge bar. Its position is strategic: surrounded by a flourishing pinewood, it is located a few meters far from the wonderful Torre Dell'Orso bay. El Chiringuito Lounge Bar is open both at lunch and dinner and is the ideal place for birthday parties, events and concerts. At the Chiringuito there is an area with umbrellas and sunbeds called "Solarium".

The Pasticceria Dentoni is an ice-cream parlor/confectionery in Torre dell'Orso, famous for the quality of its products. Their best cake is the Torta Crepes. It is located in front of the seafront of Torre Dell'Orso and has a wonderful view on the entire bay. The Dentoni Bakery is the perfect place for an ice cream, a traditional cake or an aperitif.

In Salento there are many events, festivals and celebrations: the Night of the Taranta, a festival and concert in Melpignana, The White Night in Lecce, the Alba dei Popoli: New Year's day (Otranto), the Gallipoli Carnival, the Santa Domenica in Scorrano celebration, the San Pietro and Paolo celebration, the "tarantate" in Galatina, the Focara di Sant'Antonio in Novoli, the Passion Songs: Easter (Salentine Greece) and the San Rocco celebration with the swords dance (Torre Paduli).
