Residence Club La Pace covers an area of approximately 70,000 m² in a panoramic position in Tropea, offering a stunning view of the Gulf of Lamezia and the Aeolian Islands. The complex consists of a central building that houses the rooms and reception area, and a series of terraced buildings where the restaurant, breakfast room, two-room apartments, and studios are located. Residence Club La Pace is connected to its beautiful beach of sand and pebbles by a private road of about 3,000 meters, reachable in just a few minutes by car. (Beach service not available) Guests of Residence Club La Pace can enjoy a wide range of services: pizzeria, bar, furnished sun terrace, mini-market, internal parking, playground, kids’ area, two swimming pools (one semi-Olympic and one circular with a children's area), amphitheater, day and evening entertainment, tennis, five-a-side football, bocce, beach volleyball, open-air disco, and fitness club (open at scheduled times, accessible from 12 years of age with a medical certificate), featuring a state-of-the-art gym and weight room.
Residence Club La Pace: Apartments
Residence Club La Pace offers one apartment type: the Two-Room Apartment for 2/3/4 people, consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed and a double bedroom. All apartments are located in two-story terraced buildings with either a balcony or shared outdoor space. They have a private entrance and are simply but functionally furnished with a refrigerator, equipped kitchenette (no oven), and private bathroom with shower.

At Residence Club La Pace in Tropea, fun is guaranteed! Day and evening entertainment includes shows, cabaret, competitions, sports tournaments, aerobics, and water aerobics. For children and teens: Baby Club (4–7 years), Mini Club (7–11 years) and Junior Club (11–17 years).

The Residence Club La Pace is located in Tropea, in the central-western part of the province of Vibo Valentia, on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria between the Gulfs of Sant’Eufemia and Gioia Tauro, at the foot of Monte Poro. Its morphology is very particular as it is divided into two parts: the upper one, where most of the inhabitants live and the lower one, called "Marina", which is located near the sea and the port. Tropea, also known as the Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea for its white sandy beaches and crystalline sea, is a place with a strong tourist vocation thanks to the wealth of natural and architectural beauties.
