Day 1 Italy ⟶ Casablanca

Afternoon/evening: Agafay desert experience (sunset and dinner)
Live a desert experience a few kilometers from Marrakech in the Agafay desert. 50 minutes from the city center, the Agafay Desert is a rocky plateau, an immense expanse of stone that seems to have no end, with a semi-lunar appearance. We are not located among the sand dunes of the Sahara, but it is a very fascinating area where you can admire and enjoy the view at sunset. Dinner with show.

Day 3 Marrakech

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for a cultural visit to Marrakech: admire the exterior of the Koutoubia, the city’s largest mosque dating back to the 12th century, famous for its 77-meter-high minaret that also inspired the Hassan Tower in Rabat. Continue with the Bahia Palace, a splendid example of 19th-century Moroccan architecture, known for its lush gardens and stucco and mosaic decorations. Visit the Ben Yousef Madrasa, a historic 14th-century Quranic school considered one of the masterpieces of Islamic art in Morocco for its intricate woodwork, stucco, and zellij tile decorations. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the famous Jamaa el-Fna square, the beating heart of Marrakech and a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage site, where snake charmers and musicians perform alongside the medina’s markets, with their labyrinthine souks rich in traditional craftsmanship. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 Marrakech ⟶ Rabat ⟶ Fès

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure from Marrakech to Rabat, the administrative and political capital of Morocco, known for its harmonious blend of history and modernity. Upon arrival, panoramic tour of the city with an external visit to the Royal Palace, the official residence of the king, surrounded by well-maintained gardens and ancient walls. Admire the Hassan Tower, an unfinished 12th-century minaret that was meant to be the tallest in the Islamic world, and the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, a majestic white marble building housing the tombs of King Mohammed V and his sons. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, continue the journey to Fès, the imperial city founded in the 8th century and considered the cradle of Moroccan and Islamic culture. Arrival, hotel check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5 Fès

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for a visit to Fès, the oldest of the Moroccan imperial cities, founded in the 8th century and considered a spiritual and cultural center of the country. Visit the Mellah, the old Jewish quarter, rich in history and traditions. Continue into the medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the largest surviving medieval urban centers, with its narrow streets and lively markets. Visit the Al Bouanania Madrasa, a 14th-century Quranic school famous for its elaborate stucco, wood, and mosaic decorations. Also visit the University of Al Quaraouiyine, founded in 859 AD, considered the oldest university in the world still in operation. Lunch at a typical restaurant in the medina. In the afternoon, external visits to the El Andalous Mosque, dating back to the 13th century, and the tomb of Moulay Idriss, founder of the first Islamic dynasty in Morocco. The day concludes with a panoramic photo stop to admire the city from above, with its red rooftops and surrounding mountains. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 6 Fès ⟶Volubilis ⟶ Meknès ⟶ Casablanca

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for the Roman ruins of Volubilis, one of Morocco’s most important archaeological sites, famous for its well-preserved mosaics and ancient structures that tell the story of the Roman Empire in North Africa. Continue to Meknès, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities, founded in the 17th century by Sultan Moulay Ismail. Visit the medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the majestic Bab Mansour gate, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture, and the lively Hedim Square, the commercial heart of the city. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, depart for Casablanca. Arrival and hotel check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 7 Casablanca

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to visit Casablanca. It starts with the Hassan II Mosque (internal), the largest mosque in the country, the only one in Morocco also open to non-Muslims, (the interior can only be visited with a guided tour) with a beautiful view that opens towards the Atlantic Ocean. Lunch in a restaurant on the Corniche, on the seafront. Visit to Mohamed V Square, the center of city life. Built in French colonial style, it is lined with large porches where cafes and shops of all kinds are located. It ends with a visit to El Habous, the most elegant and refined neighborhood of Casablanca, between Place Mohammed V and the Hassan II Mosque. Transfer to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8 Casablanca ⟶ Italy
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Casablanca airport in time for the flight back to Italy. Arrival and end of our services.

Remember to bring a valid passport with an expiration date of no less than 6 months from the time of entry into the country. The currency of Morocco is the Moroccan Dirham (darahim).
Visas and vaccinations.
No entry visa is required for tourist stays of less than 90 days, and there is no need for vaccination or any health certificate.
