Residence Blumare is located in Alimini, just 700 meters from the beautiful Frassanito beach and a few minutes from Otranto and Torre dell'Orso. Ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends, Residence Blumare combines the freedom of a residence stay with the comforts of a holiday village: a semi-Olympic swimming pool and a children’s pool, equipped solarium (umbrellas and sunbeds available on a first-come, first-served basis), ping-pong, bar, children’s play area, TV room, and an unguarded internal parking lot. Beach service is not available but can be booked locally.
Residence Blumare consists of independent apartments with private entrances, arranged around the pool in modern two-story buildings. All furnished in a modern style, they can be located on the ground floor with equipped veranda and/or small garden or on the first floor with equipped veranda. They all have the same layout: a standard one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. All apartments are very bright and include a refrigerator and equipped kitchenette, private bathroom with shower box and hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, and air conditioning (optional, with an extra fee payable locally).
Residence Blumare is nestled in one of the most enchanting areas of Salento: Alimini, just a few kilometers from Otranto. This region is renowned for its golden beaches, fragrant pine forests, and landscapes that blend the sea, lakes, and untouched nature. The Alimini Beaches are wide and sandy, lapped by crystal-clear waters with shallow seabeds—perfect even for little ones. What makes this area even more special are the Alimini Lakes, two natural basins immersed in a protected ecosystem: Alimini Grande, with its brackish waters, and Alimini Piccolo, a freshwater lake surrounded by the typical flora and fauna of the Mediterranean scrub. A true paradise for those who enjoy walking, cycling, or birdwatching. Among the most beloved nearby destinations is the stunning Baia dei Turchi, one of the most evocative beaches in Salento, accessible only on foot. The area also offers a wide range of outdoor activities: water sports, hikes along scenic trails, cultural visits to nearby Otranto, and relaxing moments spent savoring the authentic flavors of Salento’s culinary tradition.
