The Gallura Beach Village restaurant offers buffet service with unassigned tables, allowing all guests maximum freedom and creativity in combining flavours and quantities. Every day, regional and international dishes are offered, with a choice of appetisers, mains, sides, pizza, fruit, and dessert. Themed evenings. Always included (unless otherwise stated) at lunch and dinner are filtered water, house white and red wine, and light beer, all at no extra charge. The staff at Club Esse Gallura Beach are trained to prepare dishes for various dietary intolerances (specific products are not available, but it is importanto to limit cross-contamination, and cook foods provided by guests).

The Gallura Beach Village baby food area consists of a equipped space, dedicated to little ones up to 3 years old, accessible without time limits, where mothers and fathers can cook baby meals and find the main basic foods prepared without salt using selected fresh products (meat/vegetable/fish broth, vegetable puree, pasta, grated cheese, UHT whole and semi-skimmed milk, yogurt, soft cheeses, seasonal fruit).
