The strategic position of the Apulia Residence Sellia Marina, just a step away from the beutiful coast of the Ionian sea, makes the facility the ideal option for families and guests who look for a fun and relaxing stay.
The apartment types are as follows:
Studio apartments (30m2) suitable for 2/4 people; they consist of a single room and they are all located on the ground floor. They have an independent entrance, kitchenette and a small terrace. All studios have air conditioning, TV, fridge, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Family Three-room apartments (from 35 to 50 m2) suitable for 2/7 people; they consist of a living room and 2 bedrooms. Located on the first floor or ground floor, they have an independent entrance, balcony or terrace. The three-room apartments have air conditioning, TV, fridge, bathroom with bathtub or shower, and hairdryer.
The Apulia Residence Sellia Marina has two restaurants: the resort restaurant and the Café de Mar, a bar-restaurant on the beach.

The price not includesMandatory Club Card: includes beach service, just 300 meters from the facility, accessible through a small road that runs alongside the village; each room will have a private beach umbrella, a sunbed and a deckchair for the entire stay. Guests will have access to the swimming pool, sport equipment, group sports, aerobics and dance courses; they will also have access daytime and evening entertainment (from 22/06 to 08/09), miniclub, junior and teen clubs, sports tournaments, and evening shows.
Bed linen and towels: bed linen €15 per person per change; bathroom linen €15 per person per change; bed linen/bathroom kit €25 per person, per week (midweek change)
Mandatory Final cleaning: €70 in Studio apartment; €100 in Family Three-room Apartment. Guests are responsible for doing the dishes and cleaning the kitchenette or they will be charged with a fee (€30).
Midweek cleaning: €50 in Studio apartment; €70 in Family Three-room Apartment. Linen change excluded.
Tourist tax, tips, extras, and anything not mentioned in "The Price Includes".
Cot: available upon request, €105 per week. Own cot is not allowed.
