The apartment types are as follows:
Studio apartments (30m2) suitable for 2/4 people; they consist of a single room and they are all located on the ground floor. They have an independent entrance, kitchenette and a small terrace. All studios have air conditioning, TV, fridge, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Family Three-room apartments (from 35 to 50 m2) suitable for 2/7 people; they consist of a living room and 2 bedrooms. Located on the first floor or ground floor, they have an independent entrance, balcony or terrace. The three-room apartments have air conditioning, TV, fridge, bathroom with bathtub or shower, and hairdryer.
Sellia Marina is located in the heart of the Gulf of Squillace, one of the most charming areas of the Costa degli Aranci, a stretch of coast known for its crystal-clear waters and the beauty of its natural landscapes. It is situated just a few kilometers from Catanzaro, with the mountainous scenery of Sila Piccola behind it, offering stunning views both in summer and winter. The beach of Sellia Marina stretches for several kilometers and consists of fine sand washed by a wonderful deep blue sea, which was awarded the prestigious Blue Flag recognition in 2018 and 2019. A beautiful backdrop of Mediterranean scrub and pine trees, with the Sila mountain range as a backdrop, completes the picturesque coastal landscape.

Club Card: €35 per person from 4 years old, to be paid on-site. It includes beach service just 300 meters from the property, accessible via a small road along part of the village. On the beach, one umbrella, one sun lounger, and one deck chair per room are provided for the entire stay. The card also allows access to the swimming pool and sports facilities, group sports, aerobics, and dance classes, as well as daytime and evening entertainment (from 22/06 to 08/09), with a mini club for children from 4 years old with two daily sessions, junior and teen club, sports tournaments, and evening shows.
Final cleaning: €70 for Studio Apartment; €100 for Family Three-Room Apartment (dishwashing and kitchenette cleaning are the responsibility of the guest, or a €30 fee will be charged), to be paid at the agency.
Crib: on request, €105 per week. Personal cribs are not allowed.
Midweek cleaning: €50 for Studio Apartment; €70 for Family Three-Room Apartment. Linen change not included.
Beach umbrella in the 1st row: €15 per day in all periods except from 27/07 to 24/08, when it costs €20 per day.
Bed and bath linen: bed linen €15 per person per change; bath linen €15 per person per change; bed/bath linen kit €25 per person per week (with midweek change).
Pet care: small pets allowed with a supplement of €150 per pet per week or fraction thereof (to be reported at the time of booking). Includes final sanitization, a bowl, kibble, and waste bags.
Beach towel rental: Guests can request a beach towel rental. Service available while supplies last. The cost is €10 per towel; towel change if requested €5 per piece. A €10 deposit per beach towel will be required on-site and refunded at the end of the stay.
