Breakfast. Departure by coach to Frómista, one of the most important stops along the Camino de Santiago, where you will visit the beautiful Church of San Martín, regarded as one of the finest masterpieces of Spanish Romanesque architecture. Its harmonious proportions, finely carved capitals and elegant design make it one of the most remarkable churches on the entire pilgrimage route.
Continue to Sahagún, a historic town in Castile and León, which you will explore on foot while strolling through its churches, squares and ancient streets once travelled by thousands of pilgrims on their way to Santiago. Deeply connected to the Camino, the town still preserves the authentic atmosphere of one of the most important medieval pilgrimage centres.
Arrival in León. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of one of the great cities of the Camino de Santiago, including the magnificent León Cathedral, a masterpiece of Spanish Gothic architecture, famous for its more than 1,800 square metres of breathtaking stained-glass windows, which fill the interior with extraordinary light.
The visit continues to the Royal Basilica of San Isidoro (12th century), considered one of the most important monuments of European Romanesque architecture and home to the famous Royal Pantheon, often referred to as the "Sistine Chapel of Romanesque Art" thanks to its outstanding medieval frescoes.
During the panoramic tour, admire Casa Botines, designed by Antoni Gaudí, and the impressive Hostal San Marcos, originally built as a pilgrims' hospital and one of the finest examples of Plateresque architecture. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast. Departure for Astorga, one of the historic towns along the Camino de Santiago, where you will admire the exterior of the impressive Episcopal Palace, designed by Antoni Gaudí. With its fairy-tale towers, Neo-Gothic style and unique architectural details, it is one of the architect's most remarkable works outside Catalonia. Next to it stands the magnificent Astorga Cathedral, built between the 11th and 17th centuries, blending Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque styles.
Continue to Castrillo de los Polvazares, one of the most authentic villages in Castile and León, declared a National Historic Monument. A stroll through its cobbled streets and beautifully preserved stone houses offers a glimpse into the traditional life of the ancient muleteers who once travelled these routes.
The journey continues to Foncebadón, a small mountain village from where those who wish may walk the final 2.5 km (about 45 minutes) to the famous Cruz de Ferro. This is one of the most symbolic places on the Camino de Santiago: according to an ancient tradition, pilgrims leave a stone brought from their homeland at the foot of the cross as a symbol of letting go of their burdens and beginning a new spiritual journey. Over the centuries, this ritual has created the large mound of stones that still surrounds the cross today.
Continue to O Cebreiro, the first village in Galicia, located at an altitude of around 1,300 metres. Here, time seems to stand still. You will discover the traditional pallozas, ancient Celtic stone dwellings with thatched roofs where people and animals once shared the same space to keep warm during the harsh winters. The village also preserves one of the oldest pilgrims' hospitals on the Camino, which provided shelter from snow and wolves during the Middle Ages.
Arrival in Lugo, renowned for its impressive Roman Walls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast. Free time in Lugo, famous for its impressive Roman Walls, the best-preserved in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We recommend a walk along the ancient walls, offering beautiful views over the historic centre.
Departure by coach following the route of the Camino de Santiago to Portomarín, a charming village overlooking the Miño River. Rebuilt stone by stone in the 1960s after the construction of the Belesar Dam, the town has preserved the unique atmosphere of one of the Camino's most iconic stops. The visit will continue on foot through its picturesque streets.
Continue to Melide, where the French Way and the Primitive Way meet. Free time for lunch. This is the perfect place to taste the famous Galician-style octopus (pulpo a la gallega), one of Galicia's most celebrated traditional dishes, served in the town's renowned pulperías and mesones.
In the afternoon, those who wish may enjoy one of the most scenic stretches of the Camino de Santiago, a pleasant 75-minute walk through beautiful oak and eucalyptus forests to Boente de Riba, experiencing the peaceful atmosphere that accompanies pilgrims during the final kilometres of their journey.
Continue by coach to Monte do Gozo (Mount of Joy), the first place where pilgrims catch sight of the towers of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. For centuries, this has been one of the most emotional moments of the pilgrimage, when the joy of reaching the destination replaces the fatigue of the journey.
Arrival in Santiago de Compostela. Walk through the magnificent historic centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to the iconic Obradoiro Square, dominated by the Baroque façade of the Cathedral.
Those who wish may follow some of the most ancient pilgrimage traditions by visiting the Portico of Glory, entering the Cathedral of Santiago, paying homage at the tomb of Saint James the Apostle, and, according to tradition, embracing the statue of the Saint behind the High Altar, a symbolic gesture that has marked the end of the pilgrimage for centuries.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast. Santiago de Compostela takes its name from Saint James the Apostle, whose remains, according to tradition, were discovered here in the 9th century. This event quickly transformed the city into one of medieval Christianity's three great pilgrimage destinations, together with Rome and Jerusalem. Around the magnificent Cathedral of Santiago, built over the Apostle's tomb, one of Europe's most fascinating historic centres gradually developed.
In the morning, enjoy a guided tour of the city, ending at around 11:30 a.m. in front of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. You will then have free time to visit the cathedral and, if you wish, attend the famous Pilgrim's Mass, during which, on special occasions, you may witness the spectacular Botafumeiro, the enormous incense burner swinging beneath the cathedral's vaulted ceiling.
Free time to wander through the charming UNESCO-listed historic centre, filled with monumental squares, arcaded streets, granite buildings and traditional cafés, where every corner reveals another architectural treasure.
At 2:00 p.m., departure for Finisterre (Fisterra), considered in medieval times the final destination of the Camino de Santiago and known as the "End of the World", as it was once believed to be the westernmost point of the known world until the 16th century. Arrival at the famous Cape Finisterre, where dramatic cliffs overlook the Atlantic Ocean, offering breathtaking coastal scenery and unforgettable views. For centuries, this has symbolised the true completion of the pilgrimage, where travellers ended their journey facing the vastness of the ocean.
Return to Santiago de Compostela. Dinner and overnight stay.

Free time for lunch and for a pleasant walk through the historic centre, enclosed by more than two kilometres of fortified walls punctuated by imposing towers and monumental gates, protecting a remarkable collection of churches, palaces and charming squares.
Ávila is best known as the birthplace of Saint Teresa of Jesus, one of the most influential figures in Christian spirituality, a mystic, reformer of the Carmelite Order and an outstanding writer, proclaimed a Doctor of the Church. Walking through its streets, visitors can still feel the profound connection with the Saint, whose legacy has left an enduring mark on Spain's religious and cultural history.
In the afternoon, continue to Madrid. Dinner and overnight stay.
