The visit continues with a pleasant walk through the charming Santa Cruz Quarter, Seville’s ancient Jewish district, with its evocative maze of narrow streets, intimate squares, traditional houses and flower-filled courtyards steeped in local stories and legends. Breakfast and departure for Jerez de la Frontera, an Andalusian city renowned worldwide for the production of Sherry. Visit to a winery in Jerez to discover the traditional ageing methods and enjoy a tasting of local wines. For centuries, wine production has played a key role in the cultural identity and economy of the region.

The journey continues along the scenic Route of the White Villages of Andalusia, through a mountainous landscape dotted with towns such as Arcos de la Frontera and Grazalema. For more than three centuries, between the 13th and 15th centuries, these lands marked the border between the Christian and Muslim kingdoms. Perched on hills and overlooked by ancient castles, the villages preserve whitewashed houses, maze-like streets and wonderful panoramic viewpoints.

Arrival in Ronda, one of Andalusia’s most spectacular cities, divided by the deep El Tajo Gorge, carved by the Guadalevín River. Free time to visit the historic Plaza de Toros of Ronda, built entirely of stone in the 18th century and considered one of the oldest and most prestigious bullrings in Spain. Walk through the historic centre, among noble palaces, picturesque streets and magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. Continue to Granada, arrival and hotel accommodation. Breakfast. In the morning, guided tour of Granada, a fascinating Andalusian city where Islamic heritage blends with Christian art. The itinerary begins at Granada Cathedral, one of the finest masterpieces of the Spanish Renaissance, renowned for its imposing façade and elegant interiors. The tour continues with a visit to the Royal Chapel, a site of great historical and artistic importance housing the funerary monuments of the Catholic Monarchs, Isabella of Castile and Ferdinand of Aragon.

The tour then proceeds to a panoramic viewpoint offering an exterior view of the Alhambra in Granada. The guide will provide a detailed explanation of the history and architecture of this extraordinary complex, once the royal residence and fortress of the Nasrid rulers, and one of the most significant examples of the splendour achieved by Islamic civilisation in medieval Spain. Arrival in Toledo, the ancient capital of the Visigothic Kingdom and an important seat of the Spanish court until the 16th century. Known as the City of Three Cultures, for centuries it was a meeting place for Christian, Jewish and Muslim traditions, which shaped its rich historical, artistic and architectural heritage. A walk through the historic centre of Toledo, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers the opportunity to discover medieval lanes, palaces, churches, synagogues and traces of the city’s Islamic past.

Breakfast. In the morning, guided panoramic tour of Madrid, one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals and richest in cultural heritage. The itinerary begins in Habsburg Madrid, the historic district developed between the 16th and early 18th centuries under the Habsburg dynasty. Highlights include the renowned Plaza Mayor, the monumental heart of the city, and Plaza de la Villa, Madrid’s former administrative centre, surrounded by elegant historic buildings.

The tour continues through Bourbon Madrid, reflecting the city’s urban and monumental development between the 18th and 19th centuries. The itinerary includes the iconic Cibeles and Neptune Fountains, Paseo del Prado and the grand urban axis extending along Paseo de la Castellana, as well as the institutional buildings of the Madrid Stock Exchange and the Spanish Parliament. The guide will also explain the history and architecture of the Royal Palace of Madrid and the nearby Teatro Real.

The afternoon is free to explore the capital independently. Guests may admire the masterpieces housed in the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum, visit the interiors of the Royal Palace or stroll through the lively city-centre streets, among shops, squares and outdoor cafés.
