After breakfast, departure from Tbilisi to Mtskheta, the ancient capital and religious center of Georgia: visit to the UNESCO heritage sites: Jvari Monastery (6th century) and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century), famous for being the presumed burial place of Christ’s robe, both recognized as UNESCO World Heritage sites.

In the afternoon, travel along the spectacular Georgian Military Highway, one of the most scenic routes in the country. Arrival in Stepantsminda, passing through the picturesque Dariali Gorge and trekking to the Gveleti Waterfall.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, departure towards the Sno Valley to the village of Juta (2165 m). This village amazes visitors with its ancient way of life, still preserved. Surrounded by imposing mountains, Juta remains isolated from the rest of the country for six months a year.

From Juta, the trekking begins towards the foot of Mount Chaukhebi (2550 m), immersed in wild nature while admiring Mount Chaukhebi (3842 m). After the hike, return to Juta and then to Stepantsminda for overnight stay. (B/PL/D)

Breakfast in hotel. Departure from Stepantsminda (1700 m) towards the Gergeti Trinity Church (2170 m). From the church, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over Stepantsminda and the majestic Greater Caucasus Mountains.

After leaving the car in the parking area near the church, continue on foot along the trail towards the Sabertse Pass, located on an ancient glacier route. During the hike, you will cross the pass, admiring spectacular landscapes and wide high-mountain scenery, with views over the surrounding peaks and the valley below.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer along the main road of the region and start of the trek in the Truso Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The route passes through the valley villages, where ancient towers and some abandoned houses are still preserved, offering a glimpse into the region’s traditional life. The scenery remains captivating throughout the hike, with meadows, streams, and mountains on the horizon.

A particularly distinctive feature is the presence of mineral springs, whose waters, rich in iron oxides, take on an intense red color and create spectacular travertine formations along the way.

Breakfast at the hotel. The route begins with a pleasant trekking from Gudauri, through the beautiful Khada Gorge, surrounded by untouched and fascinating nature.

The trail leads to a small castle dating back to the 15th–17th centuries, and shortly after, to a small river. Along the way, you will encounter mineral springs with acidic water, typical of the area.

During the hike, you follow a downhill trail that eventually reaches the village of Kvesheti, where transportation awaits for the return to Tbilisi.

After breakfast, visit of the fascinating capital Tbilisi, a crossroads between Europe and Asia, along the historic Silk Road. Today it is an important industrial, commercial, and cultural center.

The tour includes the main attractions: the Metekhi Church (13th c.), the Narikala Fortress (4th c.), one of the oldest in the city, the Sulfur Baths, the Sioni Cathedral, and the Anchiskhati Basilica (6th c.).

Then visit the Archaeological Treasury of the National Museum of Georgia and walk along Rustaveli Avenue, the city’s main boulevard, named after the poet Shota Rustaveli.
